Bishop Property Management, Inc. Is a New Hampshire-based corporation, incorporated in 1991. It's office is located at 74 Northeastern Blvd., Suite 20B, in Nashua, N.H. The company is engaged in various aspects of real estate management in the New Hampshire and Massachussetts area. It has focused its management on multi-unit properties, that require a more personal type of management, rather than the canned package programs. Bishop Property Management offers total flexibility in its management styles, to include menu services.
Edward A. Starr, operations manager, has been in the condominium and unit property management business for the past 20 years. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked for First NH Condominium Associates of Nashua as its comptroller director and was responsible for many of its programs, policies and procedures that placed it as one of New England's leading property management companies during its time. In addition, he has managed the Unit Management Division of the company for individual unit owners and investors.
He was active in the New Hampshire Landlord/Tenant Association and the New England Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) as Director and later became the founding president of the New Hampshire Chapter of CAI and served as its Treasurer for the past 15 years. He has a history of involvement in real estate issues, from legislative action to litigation with developers, which has established a precedent in the state laws. He has worked as Vice President and general manager of a large manufacturing company, owned retail stores, and worked as a sales and application engineer, reflecting various levels of management experience in addition to real estate experience.
Bishop Property Management, Inc., was one of the founding members of the National Board of Realtor's Property Management Section.
